Amazing customer service: The staff were really good too ensure our satisfaction, even when there was a mix-up with our reservation. They were attentive, accommodating, and resolved the issue promptly. Beautifully designed hotel: The room, bar, and restaurant were all stunningly decorated, creating a cute and elegant atmosphere. Convenient location: The hotel was situated in a prime location, close to major transportation hubs and surrounded by a vibrant neighborhood. There were plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment nearby.

Great location for nature enthusiasts, with quick access to main transportation and close proximity to the river. Many restaurants and cafes nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. The excellent location allowed us to easily explore the modern area opposite Park and walk to many other attractions. The outstanding service provided by all staff members was a highlight.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a train station and airport, which was incredibly convenient for my travels. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Oriente station, making it easy to explore the city and catch my flight. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast options and the stunning views from my room.

I did notice some noise coming from the neighboring rooms, which was a bit bothersome at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the modern area of the city. The location was perfect, being close to the airport, train station, and Oriente station. It was also conveniently situated in the World Expo area. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the facilities provided were great. We especially enjoyed the spacious and comfortable bedrooms, as well as the great shower and good pillows. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including protein, bread, juices, and pancakes. The staff were very kind and helpful, making our experience even better.

My recent stay at Melia was good. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and a short distance to the airport. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They made my check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view of the sea from its large windows. The walk-in shower and bidet added a luxurious touch to the experience. They were great too make my stay comfortable, bringing me breakfast trays every morning and providing me with helpful information and assistance. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great selection of baked goods and delicious coffee.
